Residential Architects in Cork

Just wanted to say a sincere thank you for all the work Mark, Stephen & team have done for us in creating our amazing new space. We love it.   

This was my second one off housing project.  We were particularly impressed by:  

1) your ability to come out with a fabulous contemporary concept design from the very beginning that incorporated all of our requirements (not an easy task!) but yet fitted in with the existing older houses in the neighbourhood and 

2) the tender package you prepared was so detailed and accurate, it resulted in very few queries by the contractors involved and very little room for them to manoeuvre or justify claims.  This played a big part in the project coming in on budget. 

Overall, you did a fabulous job for us, and we could not have done it without you. 

Professional. With great attention to details. Very good people to work with. Punctual and, responsive to questions and input. As the Client it could be easy to get sidetracked and go down a road that architecturally doesn’t make sense. CBA Architecture were very patient and gently redirected us back to what was consistent with our overall design. They guided us away from architectural mistakes.  

This is the second home we have built and if I were to build another in the future, I’d hire CBA. They are the best at what they do.

If you want an architect who will listen carefully to your needs and try their hardest to meet them, then this is your firm. Though we had some difficult requests, CBA accommodated us. It was always fun and pleasant to work with them.  

We love our home and constantly get compliments on it. It is everything that we hoped for.

During the project, you were a fabulous resource and showed a wonderful attention to detail as well as seeing the bigger picture. That we have the house that we have is down to you.

CBA Architecture designed our home in Cork a couple of years ago and did a terrific job. We are very pleased with the finished product as it met all the criteria we conveyed to them. There were many inclusions we would not have considered but contributed enormously to the success of our new build. 

Our daughter is a wheelchair user, and it is only after living in the house we got to fully appreciate the foresight they had in fully providing for her needs. 

We would have no hesitation in recommending them going forward.

We found the guys at CBA Architecture to be very creative and knowledgeable, yet personable. I have worked with two other architects prior to my experience with CBA, and our experience with Stephen and Mark was by far the best. I recommend CBA Architecture for any residential or commercial design work.

Our priority was to get a home that capitalised on our abilities. CBA Architecture more than achieved that. 

Our house is bright and spacious. It has wide doors and hallways, pocket doors and continuous floor levels everywhere. Storage is abundant and easily accessible. 

It is clever and thoughtful design for the disabled and for the elderly. But this house is primarily a lovely place to live in and makes our life easy. There are no plastic grab handles or red emergency cords, because it’s thought about, it is considered, and because our needs are met without compromising the aesthetics. It’s good architecture and always a joy to arrive home to.
